Yes. From 21 September at 12 pm to 28 September at 9 am 2026, only American Express® Card Members could complete checkout and purchase Official Hospitality packages using their Amex® card. After the Amex Presale period, all customers were able to purchase hospitality packages using the accepted payment methods.

No. In accordance with Section 6.7 of the Sales Regulations (which you accepted when placing your order), all sales of MATCH Hospitality packages are final and binding. This means that no refunds will be issued for any amounts paid, except where expressly provided in the Sales Regulations (including, but not limited to, Clause 4.4, or any applicable statutory consumer rights). Please note that while the resale of MATCH Hospitality packages is strictly prohibited, you may transfer your package to friends or family as a gift if you are unable to attend the event.
